A-OK Resharded Tee

Split in three. Still serving.

We needed to move the middle of the ape without taking the ape offline.

So we used the cabinet.

The Resharded Tee stages a live migration as the oldest trick in the magic cabinet. Three stacked boxes. Cap, headphones and red hoodie up top. Sweatpants and sneakers at the bottom. The middle box, in red and black hazard stripes, has slid a full step out of line, and one red sleeve still reaches out of the side port, hand open, taking requests. The face says nobody ran the migration plan past the ape.

Zero downtime. Some discomfort. For anyone who has moved a live system and would rather not talk about it.

Three shards. One ape. A-OK.

• Magic-cabinet ape graphic, about 11 inches wide, centered on the chest.
• Bone, red and black spray-stencil artwork; the only lettering is A-OK on the cap.
• Printed on a Bella + Canvas 3001 Unisex Staple T-Shirt.
• Catalog colorways: Red, Yellow, Green and White.
